Former client

“Before I started working with Abby on my breathing, I was really struggling with yawning and feeling like I couldn’t take a satisfactory breath… It was frustrating and left me feeling tense and uneasy throughout the day. Since receiving support from Abby, I’ve experienced such positive changes. My breathing feels much more natural and controlled, and I no longer feel the constant need to yawn. I feel calmer, more at ease, and I’ve noticed improvements in my overall sense of well-being. Abby’s guidance has been invaluable, and I’m so grateful for the progress I’ve made.”
